MAINTENANCE We kindly ask you to continue to maintain our house daily. Examples: - Ventilate both bathrooms continuously: do not close the windows, even during the monsoon season. - Wipe the shower walls and floor with a squeegee and a soft cloth after each shower. - Clean up any spills as soon as they occur. BILLING - In Thailand, electricity and water costs will be deducted from your security deposit based on your actual consumption. Please take care of our accommodation daily: - Ventilate continuously through the two bathrooms on the ground floor and upstairs by keeping the windows open but with the mosquito nets closed. - Immediately notify the owner of any damage, breakage, or loss before the check-out inspection. - Leave the accommodation as clean and tidy as possible: walls and floors, equipment, dishes and cutlery, bathroom grout, linens, and furniture.
